At 2Modern, we want you to be thrilled with your modern furniture and decor; if you are not completely satisfied, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of receipt.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item back to our designated warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees and shipping costs.
